A. Special order item have a lead time of 8-10 weeks.

Q. Do I need to pay the full invoice amount for a special order?

A. A 50% deposit is required for all special orders.

Q. Will you send me a quote with shipping charges before the order is finalized?

A. Yes, once an order is placed in the orders portal we will calculate the freight cost and send you a written quote and secure payment link before proceeding.
